Our Ennis Riverside Discovery walks run between 90 minutes to 2 hours, while the Clare Abbey Loop Trail takes around 2.5 to 3 hours depending on the route. We pitch everything at a comfortable, moderate pace—there's no rush. We stop regularly to catch our breath, take in the views, and chat about the history we're seeing.

Not at all. Our walks are designed with retirees in mind, so they're gentle and manageable. If you're able to walk for short distances in daily life, you'll be fine. We always have the option to take a shorter route or sit out sections if you need a proper break.

Wear comfortable walking shoes with good grip—you'll encounter some uneven ground, especially on the Clare Abbey trail. Bring layers because the Irish weather can be changeable, a small rucksack with water, and perhaps a light snack. We recommend a hat and sunscreen in warmer months, and a waterproof jacket just in case.
